C++ Personal Project

Hello programmers, I am presently doing a research project on files. I need help writing the code (in C++) to complete this. A complete description can be viewed with the attached .zip file. Everything is there for you to continue this project as some of the code is already complete. The main reason why I am requesting help is because of time constraints. Thanks to all who will bid for my proposed project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Word document. Please see .zip file for complete instructions. This includes (but is not limited to): Testing, algorithmic description, etc. ## Platform 1) Operating system must be Windows platform, i.e.: Windows 98, Windows XP. 2) Project MUST be developed using Borland 5.0. This is the compiler I am using for the project.
