Developing an bulk e-mail system

You need to develop an e-mail system of personal email distribution, which will send mass emails to people through accounts of free email providers – gmail, yahoo, aol, hotmail. There already are similar software systems on the market, so you can look them up as an example of this project realization. Each system has its own drawbacks that’s why none of them can meet our requirements. The principle of work of the program: - We import our email accounts into the program The program should be able to: - Work in multi stream flow  - it should be able to work simultaneously with different providers - Overcome captcha (work with services [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) - Work with proxy in different variants – without proxy, with changing proxy, with a service of IP change (hidemyass) - During a recurring logging in into accounts collect bounce-emails and mark them as defective in database - Send messages in html and txt - Have a built-in wysiwyg-editor - Personal  letters – insertion of name, surname and other data which is connected with the user (country, city, sex) into the text - Save logs of distributions – time, name of recipient - Have a database of drafts - Save our account-addresses, which had problems with sending emails - Send a certain manageable number of emails from every account depending on provider - Have a schedule setting for sending letters from every email provider - Manage links, which were clicked by recipients and send them additional emails as a respond to their action: Autoresponder: for instance, we write in a letter that if a person wants to get something, he should click on the link. When the person clicks on it, he receives one more email with other content, which he was asking for. Using MySQL as a place for saving database is a must. Our preference will go to a company which already developed a similar system and will not begin as a startup. You need to: - Develop the system - Test it by yourself - Install it with our PCs, adjust it, launch it and test it remotely - Develop a small instruction (report) on how to install, adjust and launch the program We can help you with the development of the interface of the program. The program will work only for personal use.  The successful candidate will have to sign not only NDA but also the commitment that he will not sell/give the program to anyone else.
