Develop a site that sells ringtones

I would like to create a small site that sells ringtones. Similar to other sites, I would like users to be able to download the ringtones directly to their wireless device without the phone being connected to the PC, either by clicking on a download icon and entering their cellphone number, or by sending a text message that will initiate a download to their device. I am looking for someone interested in creating this functionality, along with the more prosaic implmentation of site design and payment processing. It is my understanding that this might likely fit best within the skill set of C++ or Java programmers. However, if you think you would like to do this, contact me and we can discuss it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Ability for users to download ringtones directly to their wireless device, in methods described above, as well as other methods with may be currently extant for such downloads, and for users to be charged for these downloads in secure environment. 5) Site design coded and e-commerce payment systems coded and implemented--e.g., a fully functioning site ## Platform IE, Netscape, Mozilla
