Database Application

We need a front end application to Insert/Update/Remove records in a MySQL Database. There are 10 tables to do this editing. Tree of the tables are special: 1-Insert/update/delete images on MySQL (BLOB), also the ability to view the image in the application and do edit(using an external program) 2-Insert/update/delete HTML table. And small HTML editor, with simple functions, like; Bold, Italic, Font and Linking. This is also a record in the database. 3-Insert/update/delete file records. We want to mantaing records with File Information, and the ability to upload/download from server to local computer (can use external program to upload/download), via FTP. Must have a login screen, for connecting to several remote databases/servers (MySQL) Jose ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
