I have a Windows32 DLL originally written in C. I want to access its functions from Visual Basic 6.
I have C header files and C example source code that already uses the DLL above.
I need to create a working declaration section so I can use the C DLL from Visual Basic 6.0 (.bas)
Example: Private Declare Function AddItems “testlib?? (ByRef pName as long)
The DLL contains 17 functions within it that I would like to have someone write me the VB DECLAREs. I am not familiar enough with C to determine what the correct DECLARATION is to be for VB. A portion that contains the C declarations to be converted is attached.
Testing might be a little difficult. The C DLL is for communicating with a hardware device.
