Craigslist Bot Flagging System

Craigslist Bot Flagging System [Server] - Will auto connect to website address [login to view URL] to see if there's any new ads to flag/report back success full flags. [Client] -php website where we manage ads that need to be flagged, see how many [servers] are connected to the site to flag ads. Up to other ideas on how to manage the client as well if you have a better idea just let me know. Does not have to be php/website Bonus (Extra Money) If you can also create a [server] to run on android phones. -Extra Information about project I'm only using this client/server for friends/family that's in my local area. So i will not be needing proxies for these flags as all the flags will be local ads. This system will also be private. So it's not going to have more then 20-25 servers connected to it at one time.
