Copy API code to new website

I need help copying my API code, library files, javascript and database tables from old site to new PHP powered website. The API code is part of the account manager and manages access to remote audio and video files. The old site works perfectly so all you have to do is copy the functions you need. Need someone with strong php, javascript, and mysql skills who can copy the functions from old site and integrate into new site. I estimate 4-6 hours to review code and understand code structure. Developers with experience working with API's will take much less time. I am ready to start now.
