Convert Excel 2000 workbook to stand-alone application for PC

This Excel 2000 workbook which works with Windows 2000 and later and Excel 2000 and later needs converted to a source code and functional application of non-dependence on Excel making it a stand-alone application doing the same functions as this current workbook with the point-and-click user interface. The workbook "conversion"--the new stand-alone copy application of the Excel workbook must install and work on windows 2000 and later through Vista and have it's own installer as well and be proven to work on all platforms of windows 2000, windows XP, windows XP media center and all windows Vista versions. Demonstrated knowledge of Basketball statistics and math skills and knowledge of making graphs of 2d vertical bar charts are required for this project. ## Deliverables A stand alone application with installer duplicating all the functions of the Excel 2000 workbook and proven evidence such as screen shots it works on all the required Windows operating systems from Windows 2000 through Vista--all versions. The workbook "conversion"--the new stand-alone copy application of the Excel workbook must install and work on windows 2000 and later through Vista and have it's own installer as well and be proven by screen shots and a statement from the coder that this software was tested, and verified by him that this software does install and work fully the duplicate functions and user-interface of point-and-click of the Excel workbook on all these operating systems: windows 2000, windows ME, windows XP, windows XP media center and all windows Vista versions; and that I am given time to verify his statement with my own testing before full payment is made. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 2000, windows ME, windows XP, windows XP media center and all windows Vista versions.
