Comprehensive Industrial Strength Cloaking Solution

Need an Industrial Strength Cloaking Solution that uses mod_rewrite. This should be a simple project for those who know what they are doing. If you are not proficient with Apache, please do not bid!! The rule set which determines who or what gets served what content is more extensive than commercially available solutions. The decision what to serve is based on IP, UA, referer among other things and requires some content rotation as well. Whatever configuration files etc are needed will be generated by a cross platform C++ program with a GUI. From this GUI the user will be able to easily set the rules for individual URLs/Pages or groups of pages. Settings and files need to be stored in MySQL. The coder we are looking for most likely -has a permanent Internet connection -very good Linux/Unix server skills -can communicate FLUENTLY in English or German We can answer certain questions but full specifications are only available subject to a Non-Disclosure agreement. Non-Disclosure agreement will be provided after we have discussed this project with interested programmers. ## Deliverables Conditions: Work for hire - We will be the sole owner of the program, source code and other deliverables All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). All variables/parameters/comments in source code will be named in English Packaging and deliverables: 1) Stand alone ready to run GUI application (for Windows XP should NOT need an installation) to generate server files/configure settings 2) Stand alone ready to run Linux GUI application to generate server files/configure settings 3) widget of the above 4) Source code 5) Scripts if needed ## Platform Important Notes: The solutions need to use the absolute minimum of server resources and SPEED is essential. No reliance on M$ Internet Explorer or M$ development environment or M$ C++ libraries allowed!! Source code should compile with Borland C Builder 6 under windows and GCC under Linux The application(s) are NOT allowed to overwrite ANY files on the user's system without asking for confirmation
