Completion of Internet Cafe Software/Network Controller (VB.NET)

We have currently got a custom programmed internet cafe server-client software. This software is written in Visual [login to view URL], and consists of a single server side software and client side software, which is installed on various clients. This client computer connects to the server using its IP Address, and the server then proceeds to monitor their internet access, and limit their access to the internet depending on how much time they have purchased. These are the features of the partially completed Cafe Software: [login to view URL] generates a list of timecode tickets for people to login to the client computers with [login to view URL] the client computer, there is a display for how much time is left over, and how many MB have been downloaded [login to view URL] can be printed out [login to view URL] connected computers and allows the forced logout of users The features that you would be required to add are in the attached document file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Windows 2000 with the .NET runtimes installed.
