Clone Of VLC media player

Hi there, I would like a clone of VideoLan i.e. VLC media player. It is an open source software so basically all you need to do is make a few changes and add some more features. You can read more about it in detail here [login to view URL] _Please note_: You will be making a corporate identity so make this high quality and a cathy name for the player...like AnyPlay!...or something. The changes I require are: 1. It should support all the OS mentioned on the site + Mac OS 8.6 onwards(maybe a different version if you want) that is all windows OS , Mac OS 8.6 or higher and the other OS systems like Beos. 2. The interference is pretty crapy. You will need to make it very user friendly and graphically appealing Like that of DivX player or Quicktime or something better. 3. The player should be able to auto upgarde with new codecs in the future and should be able to play future multimedia formats. [login to view URL] player would have a small Ad Bar at the bottom to display Ads...like the one in Download Accelerator(They have at the top) 5.
