Client Proxy Server

This is an business-class application and needs to be of the highest quality with solid and stable code. The developer must be very experienced with Windows development, TCP/IP and proxy servers. Good communication (and English) is also necessary. **I need a full featured Windows Proxy** server that will handle HTTP, HTTPS and FTP traffic. It will send in the string to a remote web application (already developed) that will give a response code to the proxy server (which can also redirect to another page). The goal for this proxy server is to allow/block web content that the remote server requests. It will also cache responses (yes/no) locally. Please let me know your skills and I'll send more details on the project. ## Deliverables 1. Complete and fully-functional working applications as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. Simple install/uninstall executable that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) along with program icons (already designed). 3. Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. The coder must also assure that the work will not be integrated into any other development work for other parties. ## Platform The program must run on Windows 95, 98/98SE, ME, 2000, XP, 2003. Windows 98 and higher is absolutely necessary, although 95 is optional. Macintosh is also desirable, but not a must.
