Buying C++ Programs (full rights)

Looking to buy 100% bug free C++ or VB applications. Must be complete and within certain requirements regarding use of program i.e; Functions such as email apps, browsers, webmaster tools, ftp clients , any pc software which connects and interact with the web are good types of apps, special scripts such as live support clone or clones of any commercial scripts must not be copies/or reverse engineered work. Samples and after purchase support must be offered with your bids. The entire code must be for sale and not re-usable by anyone but myself. These apps are for resale in a discount webmaster progam cd. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Support/ Explanation of program abilites and possible techinical writing if manual is needed. Which can be negotiated. Please be sure not to take other C++ or VB code. which is under public license from another progammer ,and try to redistribute as this is Illegal. ## Platform The scripts may run on any windows platform from 98 SE to The soon to be released Longhorn.
