Business Data 3D Visualization

I need someone with deep knowledge of a 3D engine like OGRE3D to write a data visualization application. The prefered language is C#, but C++ is fine as long as you are a fast, experienced C++ coder. The basic idea is this: The application gets data fed to it through an API (.NET or ActiveX) or a database. There will be several 3D scenes, both drill-down data applications and data rendering (i.e. of a 3d surface, using bezier surfaces). It needs to have fly-through capabilities and the ability to drill-down into metadata, so retaining object-orientation is necessary. The confluence of 3D and coding experience is a MUST. Game or simulation development is prefered.
