Autobot for FIFA 2013

Project Description: I need a FIFA Autobuyer that basically scans the FIFA auction house and buys and resells players or cards at a set target and also should be able to monitor the market for cheap cards and should be able autobid on cards automatically at a set price less than 14 secs remain.. The AB should be best of its kind as I have one benched marked on my desktop so I give access to use it. This programme should never be used by any other users on freelancers and that means no one literally. This programme should be run on PC, Mac and Linux. I need the AB to get updated every month. The programmer should be able to data mine from the EA Sports database and other relevant sites.
