Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing experts to build Interactivity in our application

We have built an application called Dynamind. You can see it more in detail on our site [login to view URL] We have server operating system Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (64 bit), Oracle 11g database, Oracle Web logic middleware and PL/SQL and Javascript for front end. We wish to enhance Dynamind's interactive capabilities so that a user is guided automatically by Dynamind with active suggestions based on profile created by the user in Dynamind repository. Built system should be such that it should be able to speak to the user using text to speech. The expert hired will have to study dynamind and suggest all possible ways by which we can create highly interactive speaking system for Dynamind.
