Active X Shape Control Creation

Create an Active X shape control for VB6 with properties that make it possible to: Create a circular or eliptical shape Rotate the axis of the elipse any given number of degrees Change the fill colour of the shape Change the border colour of the shape The control should have handles that allow the user to resize or rotate by draging the handle with the mouse.
