Audio Recorder

This is a pilot idea that we want to use for special education. It is a web-based application that users would be directed to after proper registration, authentication and validation (will discuss this in detail). 1.0 The web-based application is for playing and recording between 2 and 6 audio files at the same time, irrespective of the file format. 1.1 The application needs to allow for Variable Audio Speed during playback or recording. This means that the user can vary the playback or recording speed. 1.2 The user can also vary the volume too and save the final file in any of the most common audio formats. 1.3 The user can select bio-rhythm frequency during recording. I will provide more info on this. 1.4 Application would differentiate between PLAYBACK MODE and RECORDING MODE. 1.5 User can speak into a MIC in both Modes. 1.6 User can define the maximum time duration of recording for file size management (WAV files are heavy) 1.7 The application would prompt the user to save the final file generated while recording into their local drive and not in the server. 1.8 After user is done (when recording stops), the application expires the link provided after 1 hour so that the user cannot use it again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: website to be on MySQL, PHP
