Asterisk Fax Gateway with full T.38 support and email/web to fax

I need an Asterisk (support 11 and 1.8) integration with full T.38 and robust fax support (open source or licensed with unlimited channels). There are quite a few open source stacks out there (Attrafax,Nojee,Spandsp). I prefer someone who has previous experience with this and can provide a fully working copy of asterisk with all source. Please specify which stack you will support and why. I will also need asterisk configuration for fax to email gateway(pdf delivery), and email to fax to support (doc,docx,xls,ppt,pdf,etc). Lastly, I would like a web interface (preferrably in php) to support web to fax as well. Full source is required. Database integration/authentication would be a plus as well (postgres or mysql). Statement of work will include full instructions with patches and source code to install working copy of asterisk 11 or 1.8 with fax support which will include email to fax, web to fax, and fax to email. I prefer a candidate who already has experience with this and has already tested these solutions.
