Amazon Categories Dependant Select Menus

I require a PHP script that will return a list of all Amazon categories for a given Country. When Amazon categories are returned they must then be placed in select menus where, when the 'root' category is chosen, further menus become available so the user can proceed to define which 'ultimate' category the item should be placed in. I am available for discussion to clarify the requirements for this script should it be required.
