chatroom & google ads update

I already have had a chatroom widget: RAY IM/Chat installed on my site, but if you click on the tab for Chatrooms & the link "In chatrooms" located on the top left of every page on the site, it does not work. I need someone to fix: 1. Click on the tab "Chatrooms". It should take the user into the chatroom. Currently it doesnt work. 2. Hyperlink "In Chatrooms". If a user clicks on the hyperlink it should take them into the Chatroom. Same as clicking the tab "Chatroom". 3. If a user is logged in & clicks on the "IM" link to start an instant message, it opens up but it doesn't work properly. 4. Google ads. I need Google ads added to the bottom of the Chatroom, below the IM window when it's opened, below every picture whenever someone clicks on "more photos". Also, need to have all the pages on the entire site that already have the Google ads to look like the colors like [login to view URL] Google ads. This should be an easy fix for an expert or someone who worked on any Dolphin script or Ray widget. I need this done right away. The site is: [login to view URL]
