asp.net subscription billing process

Build asp.net 3.5 pages using C#/MSSQL that will execute a billing process for a subscription web site. Specifications are supplied. ## Deliverables We are in the process of automating the billing for a subscription web site. Customers signup to join the web site, supply their credit card info, and every night, this billing process runs and process transactions through [login to view URL] Attached is the specification showing the basic data structure and process to be created. This process should be developed as asp.net/c# pages that will be called from a task scheduler at appropriate times. This will require interfacing to authorize.net. The data access should be done either with Linq or the SubSonic DAL using MSSQL 2005. This will later be integrated with the main database but this project only involves developing the process using test data.
