adding the ''current thread title'' to the tag from a MDB microsoft access datasource

I am trying to add a datacolumn (ThreadTitle) from one of the tables (OriginalThreads) in my OLEDB.4.0 MDB database to the <title> tag. I have tried many approaches to this and cannot seem grasp the concept of how to approach achieving this. I have tried using [login to view URL]("ID") and other tricks but no success.
