I am working on an ASP.NET project that I need to generate an FDF file that will be used to populate the data fields of a PDF document. Attached are the 3 PDF files that include the function to export/import to FDF.

Your VB.Net class will need to dynamically create the FDF file (based on data in the existing tables).

I would expect you to fully test all fields on all 3 reports for accuracy (this is a

MUST!)

The process is as follows:

1) User uses my existing ASP.net application to do ALL of the input.

2) User selects print: which is a call to your CreateFDF function with a connection string, fileName, Case number, and Report Name (either [url removed, login to view],[url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]) and it would read the records from the database (using the stored procedures that are also in the attached zip file) to create the FDF file. It would then merge the FDF and the PDF to present the user with a fully populated report that that cannot edit.

3) The user can only PRINT the form (no editing)

The clients have Acrobat reader (either ver 5 or 6). The server can have full Acrobat if required
