Customized Martial Arts Software

See attachment for complete program details. I want to create a web enabled management database for martial arts school chain. There are currently 4 schools (expansion likely) that will be managed with a capacity of at least 500 students each (currently there are around 200). Additionally this application needs to be able to manage prospective students (leads). There needs to be a login such that only the managers can log in and only see the data pertaining to the school the are in charge of. Additionally there needs to be a super-user account to create/modify/delete managers accounts. Student administration and tracking will start with leads. Information the will be tracked includes: contact info, rank, program, age, class schedule etc. Additionally, this program should automate many of the managers tasks, these include but are not limited to: printing overdue letters, promotion notices and certificates, birthday reminders, ability to email or print mailing labels for special events. (All templates will be provided). Prompts for managers when tasks are not completed within a set timeframe Administrative functions: a template editor, such that templates can be added/deleted or modified in the future. Report generations: Included but not limited to overdue accounts, promotion trackers, attendance and enrollment status. Record keeping: managers will track each student’s progress and should be able to pull up that progress. Archiving and compacting utility (optional) Ideally I would like an offline application that I can sync online at the end of the night. Each manager of the 4 schools would upload the data and it would be stored on the web for review. If this is not possible, a completely online version is acceptable. I will provide templates and copies of reports wanted I will own all the rights to this app. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as complete source code (with comments) of all work done. Should be able to upload to folder on already functioning ASP/db driven website.
