Customer support web portal

I have a website and would like to impelement a customer support portal that will provide this functionality : Feature requests Bug Tracking Suggestions My web site has been created in asp.net 2005 From my main page there will be a ''support''menu . Once user clicks here and a login page appears where users submits his UserID And password. Once he logs in a customer -centric interface displays with the following options : --My suggestions --My bugs --My feature requests The purpose is for customers to submit issues to me and track their status. The portal should be role based meaning users will view only the issues that concern them. Other features. --The app should thave a status mechanism for tracking issues. --Once issues are submitted an e-mail is sent to me notifying of a new issue. --user will be able to view the responces and answers for an issue. The approaches I am opened to discuss with developers are the following : 1) Either take a ready made off the shelf product and simply configure to work for my web site. from some research i have found these vendors ([login to view URL], [login to view URL],[login to view URL]) 2) Use dotnetnuke (and perhaps extend its functionality to accomodate my needs) 3) Develop a solution from scratch. Since this type of project is common for many people I would prefer to work with a solution that is pre-built (like dot net nuke or an off the shelf product) rather then to work from scratch. I would also highly appreciate any samples of previous similar work by developer .(any links to other sites with similar functionality) Later on I would also like to discuss the option with developer for adding a forum and a blog section the solution. But thats for later on. Solution will work on microsoft platform tools (asp.net 2.0 , IIS ) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform asp.net 2.0 , IIS
