Custom Error Form

I have a custom form that web site users fill out information.? The information is stored in an access database and is also emailed to me for review.? If a particular company is already in the database then only the rating information is stored to the database.? If the company is not yet in the database then all data is added to the database. If there is any problem with the form the user is redirected to a generic error form where they are notified there was a problem with their submission and they have to start the rating process over. I would like to find someone to write a custom error checking script so that in the event of an error, the user is taken directly to the error, allowed to fix the error and submit the form again without re-entering all the data. My site is done primarily in html, aspx and c# and the new code should be done in this language type.? The following link will take you to the evaluation form I am referring too.?
