I have a site layout designed, still in a photoshop format... I need a programmer to develop a content management system to allow site admin to edit text, add to certain sections, update a calendar page, have a form that is submitted and stored. Need section that is an "online resume builder" and will allow people to build a resume using a form base. Section where people can post job openings, and users can search this database by various search fields. Need contact form. Within design, need someone who is fluent in CSS, and can create a dropdown submenu for each menu item, for navigation. Please only bid if you have examples of past work that has some of these elements. I have uploaded a pdf file of the design layout.
