Sorry for the rules, but we have had too many unprofessional bidders. We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL Experienced Flash Web programmer. The site is a VERY professional website and has ALREADY been completely designed for our client. You simply need to add functionality of Flash or Equivalent. The site is a local Photographer. We need it converted to Flash. There are specific requests and the client is very picky so a patient coder is needed. Continuous updates are needed to show the client the work. The website will consist of 8 sections (pages) plus the home page. The "basic" template or theme, will be used throughout, so much of the main code can be reused to save time. The main aspect portion of this website is that the template pages will need to be able to have an ASP Admin control that will allow the client to Delete, change & rearrange pictures and text for each Section. Some sections will have 100 or more pictures so the coder needs to be able to optimize the website so that it is downloading images while the user can still use the site. It need to be VERY elegant in transitions. We have a copy of the entire project, images and request available upon request at <[login to view URL]> you may email us through RAC for the username and password for this file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
