C# Coder to develop Microsoft CRM Extension

We are looking for a talented C# or VB.Net coder to develop an extension to Microsoft CRM 4.0 for us.? The application you will write will read the data from CRM and will also add data to CRM. Microsoft CRM integration is available via webservices and the details can be found in the SDK listed below. We want you to develop a two page application. Page one will show all the "Cases" that belong to the logged in user and the second page will allow them to create a new case. They will fill in a form and the results to that will be posted to the CRM again via the webservices provided by Microsoft CRM. The users will login with thier email address and password which is stored in the contact entity of CRM.
