Clone Wholesaler Website Into E-commerce Storefront/Auction site

Seeking someone capable of taking entire content of <[login to view URL]> and **re-establishing it as a separate website**. Primarily interested in product line, product information, images, search mechanism and overall website structure. Do not need specific YCY company information or details. Product warranty or guarantees are important. Have drop-ship agreement with this company. Have secured permission to copy all content. Company does not want an "official mirror" site. Therefore, unless you have an "html harvesting" program, may require a great deal of "copy and pasting". All links and images must reside at the new website. Additionally, I am seeking to host this e-commerce "storefront" at <[login to view URL]> unless someone has a better suggestion. Looking to be able to have a complete e-commerce site with auction site (Ebay/Yahoo) integration. Please familiarize yourself completely with the what is required. Do not bid unless you understand completely that the final result must be a fully functioning e-commerce website offering the full range of YCY product lines and information. ***Please provide an idea of timeframe for completion, as time is important. Additionally, will strongly consider those who provide examples of past e-commerce solutions they have completed.*** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
