CMS (Content Management System) Needed for Gaming Site

Searching for a Company/Person who can code a CMS for a One-Two Page Site. This Site will be 90% Magic the Gathering Cards. The Website Template is already done, You will be given the PSD to edit it at will, tho it is there so you can see what we would like it to semi-look like. You will be in charge of the Coding of the site (HTML / ASP / PHP) / cutting / Styling and basically make it painless to edit the content. A MUST look on professionalism. If you can Edit the Template to make it look better/easier let me know. I can/will want to be able to contact you via MSN/AIM/Yahoo etc..
