Looking for a web developer to rework a currently existing online portal we use for our property management business. Our current portal is Cakephp based- allows us to enter new client information, tenant information, property information, and work orders to create a database for each and connect each of them to each other to create a relationship (i.e. creating a tenant profile and associating it with an existing property in the portal). Our portal also allows out clients to log the system w/ a unique user ID and see their property information, tenants associated w/ it, work orders associated with it, and also a real time banking feature (profile syncs with our banking system).
We're looking to expand on the features of our portal to include online forms, uploading of pictures, time stamping of actions, and more. It is not required to be Cakephp, we can start fresh with a different platform if need be.
