Birthday Email Greeting Triggering Script

PROJECT : BIRTHDAY/OCCASIONS AUTOMATIC EMAIL GREETINGS SENDER The Application (Executable SCRIPT) should search the Greetings Database (Access) to check for any Employees Birthdays & Anniversaries in the Employee Table & shoot an email greeting (using a respective Word template from the Company Table) to that Employees Email address from the Access Database It should include the Employee’s Department Manager’s Email address in the BCC, which should be picked up from the Department Table Along with the Department Manager's address, the BCC Email address should also include other Bcc addresses in the Bcc Adrs field from the Company Table The From Address should also be picked up from the Email Adrs field in the Company Table The Template should Contain the message as follows : Dear <Title> <Fname> <Lname> - [from Employee Table] ===== TEMPLATE ===== From : <Company Name> - [from Company Table] P.S : Please check the attached [login to view URL] file which contains both the Database & Word files (check the tables as well as forms to get a fair idea) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
