Billing system in ASP.NET

We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET developer to develop an online billing system for the services our company provides. The system will need to: 1) Manage the creation of customer accounts and allow to edit each customer's contact and billing details at any time. 2) The system will need to bill customers for services they subscibe to, based on different pricing structures (service plans). 3) Produce invoices automatically and allow for manual invoices to be created as well. 4) Process credit card payments automatically. 5) Allow for our staff to add payment information manually in the event that a customer paid by cash (bank transfer, check, etc.). 6) Include a web service that will be able to receive data automatically from other applications and add it to the billing system. The customer will then be billed based on this usage data. 6) Show statistics related to customers, number of services ordered, etc. This is a complex system and requires an experienced and responsible developer. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server and SQL Server.
