Banner system

Hi, I run a small hobby site [login to view URL] I need a banner system programmed in PHP or chiliASP using a MySGL database. My server is running PHP in safe mode. If you look at the site, I need a banner rotation in the top fram, and one in the main frame. I need the top frame banner to refresh every time a new mainframe page is loaded! ## Deliverables So I figure, that what I need is a different include code in each place, ea. in the top frame, and in the main frame. Also there have to be put some code in to each of the html pages on my site, that triggers the top frame reload. I need a managementsystem so that I only have to use ordinary htmpages. to uploade a new banner, and tap in the http link address. There have to be a counter for each banner, that shows clicks and exps. There also have to be a field where I can enter how many clicks/exps the banner maximum can have before it will not be shown any more. It is important that there is some kind of fail safe function, so that if there is no banners in the system, the pages will not fail to load anyway. So I need: 1) the code to include the banners in the two different places 2) Code to put in the htmlpages, so that when they load, the refresh the topbanner 3) managementsystem with functions as specified above. And of course secured with a password. 4) MySQL config file to do the setup of the MySQL database 5) Random bannerrotation system with to different banners, and a fail safe function to avoid failures when the page loads. 6) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
