BULK EMAIL SOFTWARE PROGRAM WANTED!

For years, I used a software program called "WorldCast" which is still posted on CNET at the following address: [login to view URL] The software company and software program can also be seen here where it lays out a good description of the program: [login to view URL] I still think it was the best software with the best features anywhere offered at any cost. Unfortunitly about 2 years ago, the vendor abandoned it and even though they still show it for sale, it no longer functions and support is no longer offered for it. For the poor few suckers who buy it, they are just screwed. JOB DESCRIPTION: In short I want to build my own brand exclusive to us not to be used by anyone else for resell purposes as well as our own personal use based off how this one functioned. The GUI should be made a bit better and so it doesn't look like this software from worldcast was coppied at all, but completely functional! Some of the features of this software are but not limited to the following... - Trickle eMailing which allows a limited amount of email to be sent out at a time so it does not appear to be a bot sending email which would block legit opt-in companies from being filtered out. - Spell Checker - eMail Address Validator - Detailed Logging - Resending of unsuccessfull email procesessed - SMTP Bypass ( bypassing the ISP's mail server and delivering messages directly to their destination to avoid normal SMTP traffic jams of high volume bulk emails ). - Email Project book (list customers under directories such as (family, friends, business, vendors, franchisees, etc and customizable). - Duplicate Email checker ( to make certain customers aren't sent a multitude of emails if their email address appears more than once in the data base. - Database Import Export ( accepting tab deliminated, dbase, excel, and other formats from other sources such as outlook importing) In short of not working properly for some reason any longer which this software did very well at one time, install it, look it over and check out it's functionality. I am very clear as to what I want so don't bid and then tell me you want more money later on as I've experienced in the past and I won't be asking for anything more than what I've made clear here. This isn't our first time in outsourcing. I need a bid price whether it be to reverse engineer this software which is free to download but modify it to be fully functional with a brand new GUI unique to being identified as our software and legal for resell or building one from scratch. It must be a downloadable software and offer updating service upon startup each time it is turned on. NOTICE: Please do not bid if you are not serious, do not have time to do this job in a reasonable amount of time or simply is too much out of your league to accomplish. This software once made needs to be coded so nobody can copy our software again nor do we want you nor any other programmer rebuilding this for resell to others interested in it. I look forward to everyone's bid and yes of course I'll be looking for quality but even more will be looking for the best bid price!
