Automatic Page Break

Retrieve and print data from an Access database via a browser. The data can be of any length and may spread over multiple pages. The page size = A4 with top and bottom margins of 1cm and left/right margins of 2cm. The header (100px deep)and footer (15px deep) to be fixed to the top and bottom of each page with the data flooding the the middle section of each page. The page throw to be automatic and include page numbering.
