Audio/ video Streaming for radio site

hi, i need a interactive flash music player,[ music and videos], main features that we want are: . should work with Helix universal server . have a playlist feature, title, artist... . should play continously, . would need a simple admin panel for it. . should be in php-mysql combo.* [ no other language required] . and a review song section. . should have the ability to judge the bandwidth automatically, also would need a manual overide. and other things... e.g. you can check out yahoo'player and myspace player. but these are not flash, also [login to view URL]'s player. this is flash, but i believe it plays swf, we are dealing with .rm, .wmv, .asf formats.
