Aspdotnetstore minor work

Our website is running on Aspdotnetstore. We need permanent part-time postions for customisations on the site time-to-time. We are looking for a pool of workers we can tap into & pay on hourly rates for small/minor customisations. No in-house IT skills available. For now, 1. I need some work on the Telerik RAD editor which is currently not working / configured on my Aspdotnetstore version 9.0.1.3 Admin + Service Pak. I cant link, access flash, upload files or images through the editor. Says [login to view URL] file to be registered. 2. I need Paypal payment notifications to appear on my e-store. Currently not happening. I believe Paypal Data Transfer (PDT) or IPN is not setup properly. Orders go not get registered & customers do not receive an acknowledgement on the site. 3. Custom 404 error page
