Administration Control Panel

I need help with a project. I need an administration Control Panel with the following features: [login to view URL] users, 2. Allow users to upload audio files in MP3 an Video clips 3. Allow user to search/browse other users files (text, audio and viedo clips) [login to view URL] users to register for a tria period, and then later pay the subscription fee. 5. allow admin to see simple statistics such as how many members and how long they have been members, along with grabbing thier IP. 6. Enable admin to sort by Date Joined, Name, Email Address, when searching for members to modify You can do this in PHP/MYSL or ASP/ASP.NET The choice is yours I have 4 weeks to complete this project...hence bid accordingly.
