ASP.net2.0 SQL 30-40 day project ASAP

have a 30 to 40 day project that I need two members added to my team of 2. You will need to be a very good asp.net 2.0 coder with strong skills in ms sql 2005. On the team we already have the technical architect that will manage all decisions and coding information for the project. He will test your work and give you daily tasks and modules to work on. He is a very senior asp.net coder and will expect a lot of communication via msn chat and via our web ticket system. You skills in asp.net systems must be excellent we are looking for fast and talented people. Post your resume or ask questions here and I will have the senior coder reply. The system is a medical based system that has much of the logic built, DAL and BLL, and now needs significant help in getting the last parts completed as well as the presentation layer. He will guide you on what controls to use and be able to answer all questions about a task. You will be a remote worker but we expect you to be online every day 5-6 days a week. This also means that you should be online msn during the day so you can communicate with the tam as things come up or as we need to get an update from you. If you miss a day without telling us before you will get a warning, if it happens again you will get your final paycheck and then you will not work anymore on the project. I will pay between 500 and 1500 per month for your time. Remember we expect you to work remote but daily just as you would in an office. At the end of the project I will award you a bonus for working with the team and not quitting during the process. The bonus will be $500 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
