ASP UPS Freight Rates & Transit Time With Package Count Weights

Create a ASP function that when given a 2 US zip codes (commercial or residential), package count, and weight for each package, it will retreive the UPS rates and transit times. Script will use XML to connect to the "UPS Rates and Service Selection", and "UPS Time in Transit" tools at [url removed, login to view] The ASP function should return a string that has a HTML Select Drop-Down Menu with the rates in it like:
