ASP Page with multiple embedded objects

I need a c# .NET ASP created which will contain a windows 'tab' control style look and feel. The first tab of the tab view will have a login 'user id and password field on + a 'login' button to submit the information. The first tab will also have a 'listview' style control on it which will be populated with data from a MySql databse I have already written. The listview will only need to have a few examples rows on it to prove it works - I will change the code latr to work with the databse! The listview must be scrollable if more data is addded than there is space for. The listview must also allow select of a single row of data such that when the row is selected a popup style window appears with details of the sselected rows' data shown and a 'submit' and 'cancel' button on it. On selecting 'cancel' the popup window will dissapear! On pressing 'submit' the window will cause two new 'tabs' on the main tab control to appear both of which must contain web browser type controls like AxWebBrowser controls. Each web site must be programmable i.e the URL for each must be provided from the pop-up window when the 'submit' button is pressed. I don't know if waht I am asking is possible - however if it is I would be happy to take over the coding after the functionality described above is provided. Any question - ask me!? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
