ASP.Net image manipulation

This project is to write the ASP.Net (VB) functionality for a webpage - there is no requirement for webdesign. Users will be able to upload a picture, type in text, select a font and background from a menu list and the application will then construct an image with the background, uploaded image resized and at the top/ middle and the text at the bottom in the selected font and a watermark across the image. Users will then be able to select alternative backgrounds from a list/ change the text/ font and the image will update. Both uploaded and dynamically generated images are to self delete after an appropriate time - when the session ends? The script should be flexible to allow the background images to be changed/ added to etc in the future - a seperate page for this does not need to be created but simply a short "instruction" note in the code will be sufficient. Please note that this is the first part of the development - once I am happy that the project is viable I will be asking the winning bidder to be the first to quote on the full development. I will upload/ add a link to a demo page - no functionality but should give you an idea of what it would look like. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server 2003, IIS, MySQL, ASP.Net (VB), IE/ Firefox etc.
