ASP.NET/C# Simple website design

Hiya Guys, I have a very simple and fast project that needs to be done within the next few days. The people that bid on this project must be able to: Design a ASP.NET/C# Website in .NET 4.0, including a new logo based lightly on an existing logo. Must have a basic knowledge of Dedicated Servers and VPS Servers, and the terminology involved with them. Must be able to work quickly and with little supervision. The website is for a new specialized VPS Hosting company offering Windows 2008 VPS Hosting, but will be targetted at users of a specific set of software which will be explained later. The site must contain: A home page with logo and basic sales pitch information on the service. A Plan page listing 3-4 plans for Windows VPS Hosting. A About page A Contact Page A Signup form that will (for now) be a very simple ASP.NET form that will send a email with the users signup info, and log a copy in a text file on the server as a backup. For now there will be no database or WMI integration, tho I would like whoever does this site to be available for those upgrades as well... Now the tough part... I need this very fast. This is going faster than I expected, and the servers have already shipped from Dell and are due at the datacenter in just 3 days time... I would like to have this done by then if possible, or at least have a person hired that can finish it by early next week at the latest. Skype will be a must for fast communication with me. Last note: Only talented coders need apply. I am a Senior .NET Solution Architect and will hold whoever wins this bid to a high standard of coding, including commenting, XML comments, etc. That wont come in to play too much with this first project, but will play heavily in the next few phazes, since those will be code and database heavy. Oh, and use of Telerik RADControls will be a huge plus to your bid. ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Friday May 20, 2011 4:16:01 PM: Hi Guys, I was surprised to see that I had several messages saying my top bid ($100) was too low, so I want to make sure I am very clear on what I want. This website project should not take longer than 1 day (6-10 hours) for a single developer to complete. This website will be very simple in design - with most of the work going on the design Master Page. Even a template will work here, so long as it does not look and feel like a template. The rest of the work will consist of copy/paste and reformat of technical data from other websites, which I can even do myself if needed. There is no complex coding needed on this site, other than 2 small very simple forms: One for registration, one for Contact. Both will simply email the form fields to a specific email address, and log the same message to a text file on the server. The code for that should take an experienced coder 10 minutes. I would even be willing to do that part myself as it would take me even less time. My point here is that it should not take a developer more than 1 day to do this. If you think it would take you longer, then this project is not meant for you. I would like the bid to go to an experienced web developer that has done things like this before and can punch it out in just a few hours time. Now, all that said, this project WILL lead to many more. I need this done immediately because the servers for this new service have already shipped and are on the way to the datacenter, and this needs to be in place when they are. When more time allows, this website will be expanded to be MUCH more detailed with complex registration forms with PayPal API and WMI built in to set up VPS units for customers when payment is confirmed. Yet another reason I wanted to have experienced developers bid on this one... For those of you that have bid, if you do not think you can finish this site in less than a day, please tell me why... or retract your bids.
