ACORD Development Needed

We are looking for a developer preferrably local to the San Diego, California area that would be interested in assisting us with a project. This developer must be familiar with the ACORD standard and hopefully the life insurance industry. Please only respond if you fit the requirements. . ? We have a database home grown and need to be able to move standard information from our system to an insurance companys systems... Must understand ACORD standard data exchange, build a sample file and test? Our customer needs more than just a way to submit an order or request; it needs to have response and constant status update, along with images sent when complete. During the processing period, they would like to be able to exchange update data (i.e. phone number). Our work flow would have to decide whether it is an auto update or a review prior to update
