database + simple web

hi, i am Property Auctioneer, i deal with lots of legal documents and data. so what i need is a nice interface database which the data can generated into document mainly in pdf. that database have login of admin and staff. and some of the data goes into my website ([login to view URL]), - the website should function like [login to view URL] , i have mainly three(3) document , i attached one of that and the red colored is the data . i need someone who can really helpful n co-operate with me along this project .
