Looking for someone to build a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] styled social networking website. It should retain the ability to tag photos with numbers that highlight text in the caption referencing what is being hovered over. and users profile pages with their post. Registration should be simple, clean. maybe there can be facebook and twitter login too.. You can use wordpress or pligg like script to do that. but i dont want a blog like website it must look orginal. No designing is necessary it can be very simple.
