Build Custom Web Translation Tool

We are looking for a programmer who has extensive knowledge with website translations. In your initial response, if you are not able to provide us with websites which you've created that incorporate a translation feature, please DO NOT reply. The core of our site is bilingual classifieds and we want to offer all of our users the ability to see any ad in English or Spanish. This means that users may submit the text into either language and have it translated by the site. For the full description of the language parameters, please see the attached language document. We've also included a set of wireframes to display our vision of the site more accurately. For our classifieds, we are currently using Listbingo (3rd-party Joomla software) and unless you have a better suggestion for a classifieds software that we should use for our site, we would like to continue to use Listbingo as it seems to be the most complete pre-built classifieds software. Right now, we have a beta site ([login to view URL]) that we would like to revamp and we require a programmer with extensive knowledge of translation software, classifieds, and Joomla 2.5. We don't require that the framework of the site be created in Joomla but we are in favor of it since we already have experience with it and also own 3rd-party software that works exclusively on Joomla sites. The reason we want to redo the current site are the following: We want the site to have a more modern look and feel to it (currently looks too cartoonish) We need a site that loads much faster. Make every single page on the entire site SEO friendly with tags (header, meta, etc.) for every page. We want to integrate 3rd-party API's into our classified categories (i.e. jobs, vehicles, real estate, etc.) We want to have a translation service that always works (we've been trying Google Translate and sometimes the service does not work on our site and periodically breaks down). Make the overall layout of the site easier to use and more streamlined and user-friendly. And if we keep Joomla, we want to upgrade all of our software to Joomla 2.5 (currently 1.5) If you have finished reading through this proposal and feel that you are fully capable of fulfilling the required tasks and can get started immediately, please message us with any questions, comments, or suggestions along with proof of prior websites that you've created that incorporate language translation (English/Spanish).
